This week, J.K. Rowling, famed author of the Harry Potter series, signed a deal with Little, Brown to publish her first novel for adults. UK paper The Guardian suspects this highly anticipated new book may be crime fiction. Apparently the Little, Brown editor who will be working on the book has also edited Dennis Lehane, Carl Hiaasen, and others. Considering the elaborate plot that stretched out over all of those Potter books, not to mention such villains as He Who Must Not Be Named, seems like a natural fit for her. Are you a Potter fan?
